three Guys NOT Named Tom Brady Who Will Determine the Patriots Success(cheap jersey)

You may have heard it a few other places, cheap jersey but the Patriots will only go as far as Tom Brady’s can carry them. Sorry Brian Hoyer, but there are just too many flaws in this team to see the ticker-tape coming down in Boston if you have to take the field before a few perfunctory snaps in Week 17. Likewise, nobody can deny that the record pace of Wes Welker is an integral aspect of the Patriots team. At this point, the Brady and Welker connection isn’t sneaking up on anybody. There is a roster of 53 other guys that just might — though it’s hard to believe Vince Wilfork could sneak up on anybody either for entirely separate reasons. Here are three players that could hold the fate of Patriots nation in the palms of their hands.

BENJARVUS GREEN-ELLIS

Tom Brady is great and can put up downright goofy numbers if given the chance, but when Green-Ellis is ticking it takes a ton of pressure off the passing game — not to mention the defense.cheap nfl jersys When Green-Ellis and his fumble-proof hands get to ball 20+ times per game, Patriots time of possession jumps up. Steven Ridley, Danny Woodhead and now Kevin Faulk will fight to take carries from the law firm but nobody runs harder downhill than Green-Ellis. When defenses are starting to get weary and tired, the low-running Green-Ellis is the last Patriot they want to see in the backfield. That’s when they have to stack the box and that is when Brady can strike.

ANDRE CARTER

Sadly, the 32-year-old Carter — who has already matched last years 16-game total of 2.5 sacks — is the closest thing New England has to an every-down pass rusher. Mark Anderson has 3.5 sacks, but will likely level out. Carter?New England Patriots jerseys He has to keep at least putting pressure on opposing quarterbacks for the defense to remain solvent. For all the problems that have been made of the secondary, their problems just might start up front. Carter and Shaun Ellis brought an impressive résumé to Foxboro, but they also brought their AARP cards. If Carter can shake off his age continue his past few games success in the pass rush, all the issues behind him just might disappear.

NATE SOLDER

Rookie offensive tackles are often the targets of opposing pass rushers and the 6-foot-8 Solder is one big target. He hasn’t been awful filling in on the right side of the line, but he hasn’t exactly been a revelation. Against the Cowboys, Kenyon Coleman and Victor Butler  gave him fits, and they aren’t exactly the NFL’s elite. His youth and inexperience hasn’t done much damage yet, but his development over the next few weeks — barring the forever-pushed-back return of Sebastian Vollmer — could end up playing a big roll in how the season plays out.
